Operations Officer (Fund Management)

Responsibilities

- Responsible for daily fund operations management, including accounting, reporting, and investment transaction processing.
- Responsible for fund compliance matters, ensuring fund operations adhere to relevant laws and regulations.

- Review and analyze daily NAV (Net Asset Value) and monitor accruals for fund expenses.

- Assist with brokers-related tasks, such as onboarding and setup.

- Prepare periodic reports on fund valuation and performance returns.

- Work with external partners, such as brokers, fund administrators and auditors.

- Provide general administrative support and perform any ad-hoc duty as assigned.

Requirements

- Recognized bachelor degree and above, preferably in Accounting, Banking, Finance, Economics or other related disciplines.

- 1-3 years of relevant experience in the asset management, fund accounting, investment operations or accounting services industry are preferred.

- Demonstrate drive, responsibility, proactivity, meticulousness, and strong attention to detail.

- Possess good interpersonal and communication skills.

- Proficient in MS Office applications.
