We are currently looking for an order processing lead to join our Order Processing team for the APJ region. To be part of a team, you must possess a mature personality with a strong sense of responsibility and attention to details.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Lead a team of Order processing staff for customer billings

• Review and process customer orders accurately and efficiently

• Issue delivery notes, invoices and software license keys to customers

• Handle order process issues with Acronis sales staff and customers

• Responsible for inventory management in ERP system

• Involved in Acronis various business and sales program including licensing, boxed products, cloud business, rebates in APJ market

• Be subject matter expert for Order to Cash process for APJ region

WHAT YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)

• Ability to speak, read and write in Japanese is required

• People manager experience of more than 2 years

• Minimum 2 years’ experience with customer order processing

• Able to review and process orders with high efficiency and with minimum errors

• Able to work extended hours during busy period

• Able to identify issues and discuss promptly

• An excellent team player
