Scope & Responsibilities The role of Associate, Fund Management Operations shall support the Management of AIP Investment Partners on all internal operational and financial elements of the fund management firm. The main responsibilities of the role include 2 core functions: fund management operations support and internal administration. 

1.  Internal Operations & Administration 

-  Review and manage the internal accounting/bookkeeping of the fund management entity, which includes accounts payable/receivable transactions, payroll, and other corporate income & expenses,

-  Review and reporting of monthly management accounts, 

-  Establish and maintain the Firm’s CRM database (clients’ information management),

-  Manage the day-to-day office facility, resources and operations as required 

2. Fund Operation Support 

-  Collect and summarize the status of managed funds 

-  Provide support for regular reporting processes
