Job Responsibilities:

·         Manage relationships with existing Key Accounts (online retailers) to achieve sales targets and KPIs.

·         Identify, develop and secure new customers to contribute to company’s sales targets and growth.

·         Negotiate business trading terms with key customers.

·         Analyse market and competitors’ trend supported with data analysis.

·         Plan, negotiate and execute marketing and promotion strategies.

·         Responsible for new product listing and its strategic promotion planning.

·         Monitor to ensure sufficient stores inventory display and online presence.

·         Handle consumer complaints and resolve them effectively.

·         Prepare sales forecast and work with supply chain on order planning from HQ.

·         Analyse sales data and prepare relevant reports for management decision making.

·         Any ad-hoc duties assigned.

Required Skills:

·         Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in modern trade and/or online food sales.

·         Possess minimum Diploma in Business Administration or relevant course with extensive marketing and sales knowledge and technology best practices.

·         Ability to articulate product and/or value offerings.

·         Good in computer skills, particularly excel skills.

·         Ability to gather and use data to make inform decision making.

·         Tech Savvy on social media platforms and able to create innovative marketing campaigns.

·         Proven skills to communicate, present and influence credibly and efficiently to external and internal partners.

·         Positive, motivated attitude.

·         Ability to work independently, effectively time management, prioritize tasks and work within deadlines.

·         Salary will commensurate with experience
