| 내용 | 안녕하세요. 프로트림 & 스타일나 (Protrim & Stylena)는 20년 이상의 업력을 지닌 한국 헤어 살롱으로, 싱가포르 전역에 5개의 지점을 운영하고 있습니다. 현재 Style Na Korean Hair Salon @Parkway Parade 에서 Full-time Receptionist 를 구하오니 관심있는 분들의 많은 지원 기다리고 있겠습니다. 일이 어렵지는 않아서, 관련 경력이 없더라도 업무를 빠르게 익히실 수 있습니다. 감사합니다. Job Responsibilities: - Warmly welcome & greet customers including walk-ins - Answer phone calls and arrange appointments for customers - Assist with payment and membership management (cashback, package, vouchers etc.) - Handle inquiries and complaints from customers - Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of counter and waiting areas - Any other ad-hoc duties assigned Job Requirements: - Singapore citizen/PR only - Minimum 1 year of retail experience preferred (not essential) - Spa/Aesthetic/FMCG experience preferred (not essential) - Communication and problem-solving skills - English and Chinese speaking Salary and Benefits: - $2,000 - $3,000/month (open to discuss) - Free hair service (cut, colour, treatment etc.) - Product sales commission - Equipped with Pantry - Career growth in customer service and store management Working hours & location: - 9 to 9.5 hours a day between 10am to 9pm (negotiable) - 6 days a week, must work on weekends - 1 day off on weekdays - Style Na Korean Hair Salon @Parkway Parade 80 Marine Parade Rd, #02-67 Parkway Parade, Singapore 449269 * Please send your resume at hrprotrim@gmail.com * If you have any inquires, Whatsapp us at 9863 3038 * We regret that only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
