[ Job Description ]

• - Customer relation management: consultation and assistance for individual and corporate clients doing business in Singapore

  - Remittance: inward and outward remittance review and approval, correspondent role, administration of remittance

  - Deposits: administration on account opening and closure, deposits and fixed deposits

  - KYC process: KYC for account opening, dormant account, walk in customers, customer monitoring

  - I-bank related tasks: administration and management on retail i-bank

  - Retail policy review and update

  - Commission and charge review

  - Report: dormant a/c report, AML report, blocked customer list

  - Administration on retail related system: Giro, CTS, MEPS

[ Requirements ]

• -Minimum 5years of experience in bank industry

  -Professional level of verbal and writing proficiency in English and Korean to deal with korean clients and to communicate better with native Korean HQ management team

  -Independent and self-reliable work

[Other Information] 

• *Annual leave: 15days

• *working hours: 0900-1800hrs(Mon-Fri)
