[Senior Executive Manager] Job Description- Managing all of the company jobs-HR, Sales, Accounts, Warehouse, Delivery - Resolving HR issues relating all of employees - Managing the sales performances of B2B, B2C - Managing the existing B2B customers and new B2B customers. - Controlling the due date of account receivables and payables. - Managing the good performances of warehouse & delivery team. - Resolving delivery issues with B2B customers. - Doing receive of the MOM & SFA. inspection - Managing the internal systems such as Account system, online home page etc.
Qualifications- Proficiency in Korean to liaise with related Korean speaking third parties - Business level of English is required in order to communicate internal staff- Good skill in MS programs- Good knowledge in finance and business management- Working experience as in a F&B business [E-commerce Manager] Job Description- E-commerce Operation and Planning - Maintaining the operation of online website and other selling platforms - E-commerce promotion/event, product planning and marketing - Order Packaging - Customer Care - Investigate market trends such as distribution/commerce trends - Revenue and profit and loss management
Qualifications- Experience in E-commerce - Able to make simple design and videos - Experience in content planning and online marketing - Experience in Photoshop, Illustrator, HTML, CSS, etc. - Proficiency in Korean to liaise with related Korean speaking third parties [Accounting Assistant] Job Description-Generate Daily Invoice. -Forwarding Statement of Account. -Check invoice with company bank statement and send to Account team. -Responsible to reply any request or complain from customer. -Handling Quotation, Product List, Price List for customer. -Request payment from customer. -Check payment, Invoice filing , Document scanning and Financial Report. -Any ad-hoc duty given by management.
