Duties and Responsibilities :

• Perform outbound calls

• Consistent follow up with clients via phone calls or emails through the client activation process

• Participate in the company's marketing activities and promotional campaigns for customer acquisition

• Promote company’s brand

Qualifications :

• Current enrollment in an undergraduate course - Singapore / Australia / Hong Kong

• Able to communicate proficiently with clients by their language used

• Proficiency in the use of MS Office, experience in CRM would be an asset

• Ability to grasp complex concepts quickly, and able to identify key messaging for different audiences

• Independent, self-directed and not afraid to make decisions to develop, execute and deliver on an assigned strategy

• Positive attitude, flexible nature, a person who would thrive in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment

• Passion for phone is a must

• Target driven and confident.

• Dynamic, Innovative and Target Driven

• Additional spoken languages will be an added advantage
