Responsibilities

- Manage relationships with existing Key Accounts (online retailers) to achieve sales targets and KPIs

- Identify, develop and secure new customers to contribute to company’s sales targets and growth

- Negotiate business trading terms with key customers

- Analyse market and competitors’ trend supported with data analysis

- Plan, negotiate and execute marketing and promotion strategies

- Responsible for new product listing and its strategic promotion planning

- Monitor to ensure sufficient stores inventory display and online presence

- Handle consumer complaints and resolve them effectively

- Prepare sales forecast and work with supply chain on order planning from HQ

- Analyse sales data and prepare relevant reports for management decision making

- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirements

- At least 3-5 years’ experience in modern trade and/or online food sales

-At least Diploma in Business Administration or relevant course with extensive marketing and sales knowledge

- Ability to articulate product and/or value offerings

- Good in computer skills, particularly excel skills

- Ability to gather and use data to make inform decision making

- Tech Savvy on social media platforms and able to create innovative marketing campaigns

- Proven skills to communicate, present and influence credibly and efficiently to external and internal partners

- Ability to work independently, effectively time management, prioritize tasks and work within deadlines
