[Job Summary] ᄋ Assist in funds set up by drafting fund documents and coordinating with service providers. ᄋ Monitor and support existing funds’ day-to-day operational needs which include USD settlement, monthly NAV, subscription and redemption, monthly and quarterly investors reporting, year-end financial statements, tax reporting, legal/compliance filings, etc. ᄋ Identify and manage initiatives to improve operational processes and reduce operational risks. ᄋ Work closely with fund administrators to ensure timely and accurate production of fund NAV. ᄋ Capture and reconcile all transactions in the portfolio management system. ᄋ Perform trade, cash and positions reconciliations. ᄋ Report AUM and P&L. ᄋ Handle ad hoc projects as necessary.
ᄋ Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Economics / Finance / Accounting / Business Administration preferred but not mandatory. ᄋ CFA or CPA preferred ᄋ Up to 6 years of operations and risk assessment experience in funds/financial services industry preferred. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. ᄋ Ability to manage data for reporting. ᄋ Foreign exchange and securities market industry experience. ᄋ Regulatory and/or compliance experience ( e.g. anti-money-laundering, KYC) ᄋ Proficient with Excel while applying strong analytical skills in the manipulation and understanding of data. ᄋ Detail-oriented, responsible and proactive. ᄋ Deadline-oriented to meet time-sensitive regulatory and contractual requirements. ᄋ Self-motivated and able to work in a team environment. ᄋ Experience with Customer Relationship Management is a plus.
