Now Lotte Duty Free Shop has built matchless brand power as the GLOBAL LOTTE DUTY FREE SHOP and we currently operate in various countries including Japan, Vietnam, Australia, Guam and we had just landed in Singapore in 2020. Lotte Travel Retail is now in Singapore Changi Airport operating 19 stores across 4 terminals.

[Marketing Executive(On-site), Omni Channel]

Job Summary

  • Plan and execute end to end marketing campaigns.
  • Conduct monthly promotion briefing with internal stakeholders
  • Liaison between CAG and frontline staff and ensure smooth operations for campaigns, promotions and activities from start to finish by working closely with cross functional teams
  • Evaluate campaign performance using various metrics and submit reports for management.
  • Work closely with partners such as Tour Agencies, Banks, Credit Cards, Airlines, Payment Gateway eg. Alipay, Wechat Pay to drive footfall into the stores
  • Write and proof-read marketing copy
  • Prepare creative brief for in-house and/or external creative agencies to design marketing collaterals
  • Managing and updating the company website and the various company’s digital platforms and application as required.
  • Manage all invoicing, contracts and budget tracking
  • Provide administrative support to Omni-Channel
  • Any other duties which may be assigned by the immediate supervisor/manager from time to time.
  • Any other projects / assignments as assigned by the Management.


Qualifications 

  • Language proficiency: Intermediate Korean (Verbal and Written) to communicate with HQ Marketing team in South Korea

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Marketing, Mass Communications or Marketing
  • Min 2 years of marketing experience preferred
  • Prior marketing experience from Spirits & Wine Retail or Travel Retail preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, able to work collaboratively as part of a dedicated and hardworking team.
  • Pay attention to details with an elevated eye for accuracy, while being highly organised.
  • Demonstrate ability to think critically, yet display high level of creativity in a highly dynamic environment.
  • Display a highly responsive, solutions-oriented attitude.
  • Demonstrate an aptitude for aesthetics and flair for content writing (a plus).
  • Well-versed in use of Microsoft Office, especially Excel (V-lookup, Pivot Table and Formulas) and PowerPoint.
  • Possess knowledge of digital and social media platforms.
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.

Job Summury

*Reports to Customer Experience Manager

[Customer Care]

  • Provide excellent customer experience via all relevant communication channels.
  • Handle customers’ enquiries, feedbacks and reservation
  • Resolve customers’ concerns and answer customers’ questions to your best ability
  • Recommend possible products to meet the customers’ needs
  • Accurately record all feedbacks/compliant and provide solutions for improvements
  • Maintain strong partner with Changi Customer Centre team & Fulfilment Centre

[Admin]

  • Liaison between CAG and frontline staff from goods order and goods delivery
  • Assist with day to day tasks and coordinate projects
  • Liaise and work closely with relevant parties to obtain the necessary information
  • Provide administrative support to Omni-Channel
  • Assist in managing and updating the company website and application as required
  • Communicating campaign deliverables, objectives and timelines to internal and external stakeholders
  • Prepares market research to identify marketing opportunities and summarise sales data

[General]

  • Any other duties which may be assigned by the immediate supervisor/manager from time to time.

Qualifications

  • Cheerful personality

  • Resourceful and maintains a positive attitude and focus on customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledgeable in MS Office: MS Excel (ie. Pivot table, formulas) and MS Word
