Responsibilities

• Issuing and sending invoices
• Entering accounting records and preparing and settling monthly income statements
• Preparation of an audit and overall audit work in accordance with the auditor's request
• The declaration and payment of taxes such as corporate tax, income tax, GST, CPF etc
• Overall Accounting (AR and AP)
• Corporate Funds Management (Cash Flow)
• Overall other personnel-related tasks, such as issuing employee employment visas, managing attendance, preparing payroll records etc
• Support work related to office operations
• General affairs for corporate management
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor in accounting or any relevant field
• Proficient in the Korean language to liaise with Korean-speaking clients
• At least 3 years of experience
