Responsibilities

• Customer guidance and response
• Customer reservation, reception and payment
• Online customer service response (via) Email, Whatsapp, Facebook, Instagram
• Handle clinic general affairs and other administrative tasks
• Manage the clinic environment, equipment order and inventory management
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Proficient in Korean language to liaise with Korean speaking customers
• No experience required
• Able to work weekdays and Saturdays (closed on Sundays and holidays)
• Candidate with 1 year of working experience in hotels/ airlines/ medical industry will be an added advantage
