Field Service Engineer

* Job Description

In the semiconductor process, a scrubber is a device that purifies harmful gases. We are selling products of Heat/wet type and DC Arc Plasma/wet type.

This job mainly involves maintaining and managing DC Arc Plasma/wet equipment. (More details of the equipment can be found on the website.)

As a Field Service Engineer for TRIPLE CORES KOREA, you will work at a variety of Fabs, so having an appetite for continuously learning about new instruments, software and consumables is key.

Applying your interpersonal skills, creativity and can-do attitude is essential. The ability to help with solving customer problems and a commitment to deliver the highest-levels of customer service is how you will build customer success.

* Qualifications

A Bachelors  within the science field – e.g. chemistry, chemical engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering

2+ years of experience in a similar position or experience as an end user

Experience with troubleshooting and problem solving

Verbal and written communication is clear, respectful and timely

You enjoy travelling and visiting customers

You visit the customer's semiconductor factory regularly to check and manage the condition of our equipment.

* Your Role:

Always Standby Emergency On Call Service

Patrol the client site twice a week.

In the event of a problem, it should be possible to arrive at the site within 2 hours.

Conduct Regular PM(Preventive Maintenance) and CM(Corrective Maintenance).

In case of a problem, it must be solved quickly, and if it cannot be solved, it is promptly delivered to TRIPLE CORES KOREA.

Regular monthly reports and meetings are held with the TRIPLE CORES KOREA.

Conduct safety and engineering training.
