TechOps Apps Consultant

포지션 설명 

Requirement :

• 2 - 3 years of experience

• Android Skillset, for deeper details you also can find from the JD attached in the first email sent by Teoh

• Good Communications in KR

• For language support - it's KR 

• No Shift hours

• Work Location : Kuala Lumpur Central (need to be onsite, working from the client office)

• Start Date : October 2022 (tentatively)

Apps Consulting I Services

• Review developer’s apps and games across multiple device form-factors and locales based on established internal and external quality and performance criteria, policies, tools and processes.

• Identify improvements pertaining to app/game quality, functionality, as well as compliance to Android platform requirements and Google Play Store policies.

• Perform localization review of apps and games, optimizing for local market experience.

• Compose and communicate detailed feedback to developers, and provide follow up and support. If applicable, identify, reproduce, and file internal bugs to appropriate owners.

• Escalate policy issues as required.

• 2+ years of relevant work experience expected

Minimum requirements across all Service Levels

• BS degree or equivalent practical experience, degree in CS, Eng, and/or UX Design preferred.

• Experience with developing and/or testing mobile apps and games running across multiple device form factors and providing technical and editorial feedback.

• Strong technical and business communication skills. Fluent in both written and spoken English and local language as required by location.

• Ability to work cross-functionally on day-to-day execution with teams based around the globe, as well as provide insights to improve business processes related to internal and partner support.

Preferred background

• Excellent understanding of mobile UX design, ability to articulate use-cases and user interaction
