[Job Summary]

· Handling full sets of accounts (AP/AR/GL/P&L/BS)

· Issue Invoices and sent to customers

· Daily bookkeeping and close accounts on timely basis, create P&L monthly.

· Prepare Audit documents and assist audit procedures

· Corporate tax, Income Tax, GST and CPF submission etc

· Manage A/P and A/R functions

· Manage Cash flow matters

· Issue work visa, payroll and leave management.

· Other admit duties required by management

• [Qualifications]

• - At least 2~3 years of relevant working experience preferred

  - Fluency in both written and spoken in Korean and English to liaise with Korean counterparts

  - Well-versed in Microsoft Office Software e.g. Excel, Word

  - Independent and willing to learn

  - Proactive, detailed and meticulous
