Their personal expertise and insight gives customers invaluable intelligence and services that go beyond the conventional. ------------------------------------------------------------ [Operations Executive] Job Description Deliver a superior service to our Japan/ Korean clients in the form of seamless supply chain from time of fixing a stem to invoice paid.
Summary of responsibilities: • Update daily indications/report and send out • Update bulletin board daily with indications for Navig8 • Obtain ETA updates from customers/agents • Obtain supplier expected time of deliveries and advise clients of same • Assisting traders when issues occur during deliveries • Push suppliers/agents for Statement of Facts and share with clients/Navig8 • Update vessel laycan in BOS if vessel ETA shifts • Updates of claims and pushing traders for resolution • Coordinate with accounting on invoicing • Proactively advise stakeholders of operational issues immediately when they occur • Any other tasks that may be required from time to time
Requirements · Ideally 3 -5 years’ experience within the bunker trading industry · Excellent analytical skills · Very strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint · Strong organisational skills · Attention to detail · Keen interest in shipping and the fuel markets · Ability to speak and write Japanese/ Korean fluently
Job Description To liaise with Japan/ Korean suppliers regarding the supply of bunker fuel and to manage, build and maintain business relationships with current and potential suppliers.
Summary of responsibilities: · Liaising daily with suppliers · Managing and maintaining supplier relationships and improve supplier support · Coordinating with supply teams for all other offices · Buying/ selling ex-wharf · Sending Deal recaps /trade confirmations · Helping Maintaining index/spreads etc with Integr8 analysts · Setting up new supplier credit lines · Purchasing for the Navig8 and other internal fleet · Buying from suppliers for 3rd party traded volume · Working profitable supplier contracts to assist sales team to pitch to clients Requirements · Ideally 3 -5 years’ experience as an ex-wharf / bunker trader · Proven ability to develop business · Meticulous and organized and disciplined · Strong supply network in the region · Other shipping experience e.g. in operations or chartering would be an advantage · Ability to speak and write Japanese/ Korean fluently [Senior,Bunker Trader] Job Description To act as a trader/broker for the supply of fuel to third parties through the development and maintenance of long-term business relationships with current and potential clients.
