내용

We are a Business Development Company based in Singapore and Korea, currently looking for 1-2 candidates for BDR positions based in Singapore, Korea, or other APAC Countries (excluding China). You will have to be native in Korean, and fluent English proficiency is a must. 

BDR role is responsible for nurturing clients through the early stages of their buyer journey and uncover BANT qualified opportunities to be handed over to the sales team. This includes Out-Bound market penetration, calling on senior-level executives, following up on marketing generated leads on SFDC. You will be exposed to a very diverse and versatile working environment, collaborating with stakeholders across APAC. As an Entry-level BDR, you will have the opportunity to learn about the industry and set the foundation for career advancement in a competitive MNC environment.


What You Will Do

  1. Prospect, educate, qualify, and develop sales’ Focus Accounts to create sales-ready meetings and opportunities. This includes market penetration, calling on senior-level executives and marketing generated leads, and more
  2. Interact with prospects via telephone, video correspondence, email, and B2B platform like LinkedIn
  3. Research account information, identify key players, and generate clients’ interest in our solutions
  4. Hand over opportunities to appropriate sales team
  5. Update lead status and document discussion with customers in salesforce.com with perfect data accuracy
  6. Provide commentary, update, and feedback to marketing and sales for continuous program optimization
  7. Maintain proactive relationships with the marketing and the sales team
  8. Meet and exceed quarterly and annual pipeline targets
  9. Usage of multiple major B2B tools and platforms to optimize your performance


What You Need to Succeed - Requirements

  1. Energetic and positive phone skills, excellent listening skills, strong writing and presentation skills
  2. Ability to work in a high-energy, fast-pacing team environment
  3. Proficiency with standard business tools (email, voicemail, MS Office)
  4. Sales training and experience using SFDC is a plus
  5. Perfect time management
  6. Excellent with self-driven initiatives, account plans, call / email structure and control  
  7. 2+ years sales experience in B2B IT is a plus
  8. Business-level fluency in other languages is a plus
  9. Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree
