내용 | 글로벌 반도체 메모리사로 매출 8천억 이상 기업, 홍콩 본사, 한국,대만에 제조시설이 있으며, CBD 지역에 싱가포르 오피스를 세팅하며 2023년 1월부터 시작할 영엄/SCM/Purchasing/Sales Admin 을 채용중입니다.
1. Sales -Develop new sales accounts in SEA region;including but not limited to Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam, Thailand -Maintain customer relationships and own the end-to-end sales process and customer journey. -Plan and implement strategies, reporting accurately on sales and business activities. -Update market and industry trends on weekly basis. -Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned. -Min.5 years of experience in memory semiconductor or electronic/digital device related B2B sales -Good command of English and Chinese both spoken and written with advanced knowledge of MS Office, excel and powerpoint. 2. Supply Chain Executive -Responsible for the supply chain process and ensuring compliance with Singapore regulations and law -Handle inventory with warehouse including inbound/outbound,Report,RMA,scrap and stock-taking, etc. -Manage Customer Master data -Perform Sales operation including sales forecast, stock allocation -Coordinate with related parties to arrange shipment timely and sales recognition/ ARclearing for sales invoice and logistics -Min. 5 years of relevant experience in logistics and supply chain.. -Knowledge and familiar with SAP/ERP. -Good command of English and Chinese(Fluency in Korean will be an advantage) 3. Sales Admin - Responsible for sales order processing and customer enquiries handling - Coordinate between internal departments and customers to ensure timely delivery -Follow up all sales procedures until full shipment is complete -Min 3 years of sales admin/logistics/order processing experience -Good command of English and Chinese(Korean is advantage), experience in SAP will be an advantage 4.Purchasing executive - Responsible for supporting on product procurement and its process -Min. 3years of relevant exp. in procurements or purchasing with good command of English/Chinese(Korean is a plus) -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, responsible, self initiative -Experience and familiar with SAP/ERP 관심있으신분은 아래 이메일로 이력서 부탁드립니다. email : kris@unicosearch.com |
