[Job Summary-HR&GA Executive]

I.HR

I-1) Strategy & Planning

-Manage organization structure, headcount, staff cost budgeting and turnover rate

-Communicate and implement company regulation in accordance with the amended labor law in SG

- Perform necessary actions for internal/external HR&GA audit with the related teams

-Research, study and analysis the SG HR market trends and report to HQ

-Manage employee information data, Internal system development (e-hr)

I-2) Talent acquition

-Engage in recruiting process such as job posting, sourcing candidates, interview arrangement, background check, and other necessary internal procedures for hiring together with HQ HR Team

-Initiate onboarding and offboarding process, and records maintenance

-Participate and plan for internal/external events such as job fair, workshop, etc.

I-3)C&B, Performance management

-Monthly payroll, CPF and withholding taxes

-Manage and develop employee benefit programs: group insurance for employees contract, etc.

-Create/guide Performance review and system development

-Daily T&A and leave management, Reward & discipline

I-4)Employee engagement, L&D

-Collaborate and work closely with HQ HR & GA Team in case any of HR&GA related matter occurs in SG and resolve

-Respond to employee’s inquiries regarding HR & GA related communication

-Expatriate/local foreigner employee support as and when required such as visa

-Create L&D program including OKR and trader development program and training material

II.General Administration

-Management office lease and moving

-Manage company name plate and seal

-Manage fixed assets, office supplies such as stationery and pantry and maintain office environment including office insurance

-Cover the required administration, reception, and operation duties such as office, HR, related inquires.

-Business travels arrangement and coordination.

-Manage IT assets, software license, etc. and communicate with IT team on the IT related issues including any IT error.

-Data entry of oracle for SGD expenses and arrange payments for SGD expenses

[Qualification-HR&GA Executive]

-University graduates

- 3~5 years of experience in HR

- Detail-oriented, strong interpersonal skill

- Interested in multi-cultural teamwork / Autonomous, discreet and organized

- Fluent written and spoken English skil

[Job Summary-Administrative Assistant / Team Secretary]

  • Management office lease and moving
  • Manage company name plate and seal
  • Manage fixed assets, office supplies such as stationery and pantry and maintain office environment including office insurance
  • Cover the required administration, reception, and operation duties such as office, HR, related inquires.
  • Business travels meeting arrangement and coordination.
  • Manage IT assets, software license, etc. and communicate with IT team on the IT related issues including any IT error.
  • Data entry of oracle for SGD expenses and arrange payments for SGD expenses
  • Event Management for Team events and large-scale meetings/seminars
  • Act as first point of call and an efficient gate-keeper for office, both for internal and external contacts, managing all incoming postal correspondence
  • Ad hoc Business Development, Office Administration, and project support duties as required
[Qualifiaction-Administrative Assistant / Team Secretary] 
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook etc)
  • Minimum Diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and writing skills
  • Possess excellent work ethics when handling confidential and sensitive data
  • Meticulous and organized with a keen eye for detail
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a relevant role
