Account Management

1.     Handle customers inquiries and requirements

2.     Liaise with customers and HQ

3.     Ensure AR collection

Operation

1.     Managing sales orders for domestic & export business

2.     Managing to launch a new brand or product in the client’s channel.

3.     Accurate and timely delivery of sales reports.

4.     Consolidate and track shipments.

5.     Assist in the management of e-commerce and social media platforms.

Market Sensing

1.     Research on market trend

2.     Analze competitor

Qualifications & Requirements

1.     0-3 years’ work experience in sales coordinating or account management.

2.     Degree / Diploma in Business.

3.     Good knowledge of the usage of Microsoft Office. Good with utilizing SAP is an advantage.

4.     Excellent written and spoken English. Good spoken Korean will be an advantage.
