[Job Summary]

• Collaborate with and influence business leader and partners to create new, or modify existing data models to meet the needs of a dynamic business, with emphasis on action-oriented reporting which promotes decision making
• Analysis of business results (both financial and operational) and identify the gaps to improve business Key Performance Indicators
• Continually seek out data needs and improvements to ensure our data delivery is accurate, reliable, timely, user friendly and utilize current best practices.
• Prepare accurate and timely consolidation of various reports and provide key performance indicators for quick and value added analysis
• Identify major variances against Forecast, Budget and Plan and provide quick and value added analysis
• Aid in decision making, define and implement business strategy to meet organization objectives.
• Work with various departments to facilitate and influence business strategies; to identify and resolve inter-company / inter-department challenges.
• Oversee current data sets and sources and make frequent recommendations for elimination, consolidation, streamline and scalability to support the business. Seek out opportunities to apply data analytics knowledge throughout all processes and reports
• Lead and participate in cross functional projects as required
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of latest business developments and market trends.
• Reporting to Korea HQ

[Qualifications]

·    

• Degree in a related discipline
• Minimum 2 years of Business Planning and Analysis experience preferred
• Prior experience in Food & Beverage industry is advantageous
• Meticulous and analytical
• Ability to work independently
• Demonstrated analytical and financial modelling skills 

• Ability to think cross functionally, join data from various sources and draw meaningful conclusions/develop innovative solutions

• Able to converse in Korean to handle Korean market/clients/Korea HQ
