[Job Summary]

  • As TV & Audio/Video account manager for Singapore Export Team, manage his/her account sales to meet sales target, guide and follow up marketing guideline.

    Account Management

    - Liaise with customer to plan orders / forecast (HE : TV, Audio)

    Gather PSI (Purchase/Sales/Inventory) and make sell out initiatives for HE products

    - Track shipment plan

    - Ensure AR collection for all customers

    - Liaise with PDs (Product Directors) team / HQ in terms of pricing set up, PRM, sales training tool, service issues

    - Support customer with PRM, comparison chart, sales training tool whenever required

    - Market Sensing: competitor analysis & market trend

    - Marketing Activity: Review channel marketing plan and guide, In-store management, display, etc.

    - Prepare Proforma Invoice for customers

    - Price management and weekly bottom up forecasting

    Operation

    - Consolidate shipment for HE products and update forecast file

    - Updated Forecast weekly basis and share weekly for shipment and most likely sales consolidation

    - Preparation of Sectional reports (TMM, Biz Review, etc.)

    - Manage Account Budget (A&P, Sales Program, etc.)

    - Month end tracking of sales closing for HA products

    - Liaise with inter department for any export related matters (Sales admin, DP, Finance, AR, PM, HQ, etc.)

    Weekly Sales Planning

    - Weekly Tracking of AP from each factories (especially sales from India factory)

    - Liaise with India factory for sales (weekly)

    - Tracking shipment plan for products from India


  • [Qualifications] 

    • - Diploma or Bachelor's degree with marketing or business preferred

      - Over 3 years sales experience / the experience of sales for Singapore's neighbor countries such as Sri Lanka and Nepal preferred

      - Experience and knowledge on Consumer Electronics Goods preferred

      - Good proven track for Sales

      - Good communication skills

      - Ability to work independently and effectively in global and virtual teams

      - Strong project management and planning skills

      - Strong coordination, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills

      - Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)

      - A fast learner and a team player, who is able to work under pressure

      - Able to travel overseas frequently
