Digital Account Manager
The ideal candidate would be someone with extensive experience in leading and managing client relationships and internal agency teams (strategy, creative, data, operations and production) to ensure the highest-level performance and growth for digital campaigns. He/She should demonstrate knowledge of how consumers interact with digital channels and technology and plan the most effective way (paid, owned, earned digital touchpoints) to reach consumers. As the main client contact, He/She should be a trusted advisor and partner to the clients, and confident enough to lead discussions regarding broad areas of digital marketing - social media, digital marketing strategy, creative, UX, eDM, technology, operations and production, etc. The ideal candidate should be a digital native, commercially inclined, organized, collaborative, with a confident and persuasive approach to facilitate client and internal team leadership. Responsibilities:
Requirements: · 3-5 years in a relevant CRM, loyalty or digital marketing / strategy / client services capacity. · Experienced in holistic digital campaigns that cuts across paid, owned, earned digital touchpoint · Strong creative problem solving, both on a practical level in handling account operations · Excellent client management skills - liaise with multiple clients on an ongoing basis. Understanding client’s day-to-day needs (briefs) and confirming the direction of the team to fulfil these briefs in an accurate and timely manner. · Excellent presentation/oral and negotiation skills - know how to sell a mid-level idea into clients, pushing back when necessary for the overall good of the project delivery · In-depth understanding of creative processes, including digital platforms · A keen attention to details and budgetary constraint. · Understanding of CRM / marketing automation platform – SAP Hybris, Marketo, Eloqua, Salesforce will be plus · Knowledge on web analytics platform - AA and GA preferred · Self-motivated, and a team player · Vocal and confident disposition · Hold a Bachelor’s degree at minimum |
