Business Development Manager (Korean Market, Based in Korea)

Job Specification
 Achieve sales target assigned by HOD.
 Builds market position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business relationships (Korea)
 Recruiting new agents (who meet our selection criteria) and training those agents on our Singapore program offerings and other relevant information as per EduTrust guidelines.
 Regularly monitor the agent (Website / mystery shopping) and sending monthly report to HOD.
 Course consultation with agents / external parties.
 Participate in education fairs both internally & externally
 Executing student contract with utmost care after getting IPA for student pass.
 Conducting student survey and gathering all the required information about the agent from the students before they start the class.
 

Job Requirements
 Candidate must possess at least Degree qualification.
 At least 1 - 3 years of working experience in PEI is preferred. Fresh graduates are welcomed as well 
 Fluent in both English and Korean.
 Sales driven, highly analytical with successful track record in sales
 Team player, ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
