Currently We are looking for a Customer service cum assistant store manager

Responsibilities:

Warmly greeting clients, walking them to the proper beauty station, and alerting assigned hairstylists of their arrival notified company personnel of visitor arrival.

Informs visitors by answering or referring inquiries.

Maintains security by following procedures, monitoring

Update client records with contact and billing details, appointments and services offered

Keeps a safe and clean area you’re working by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.

Supports continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.

Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

To provide excellent customer service

Any other ad hoc duties assigned by Management.

Job Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience.

With or without experience are welcome. Training will be provided.

Well-groomed, proactive and self-motivated

Ability to interpersonal and communication skills

Basic language proficiency to correspond with English and Mandarin-speaking clients (한국인의 경우 영어,한국)

Job Type: Permanent

Salary:  $2400 + comm
