As a Senior Supply Chain Executive, you will be responsible for inventory forecasting and planning. Your primary role, to liaise with Sales & Marketing team to ensure sufficient inventory to support business activities. Other than inventory forecasting, you will also be required to familiarize all aspects of supply chain to be able to support other team members when necessary. 

Due to the competitive nature of the K-Beauty industry, company needs to frequently renew product line-up to keep up with the ever-changing trends and capture the market. Having an interest in K-Beauty will help to keep up with the changes and excel.

Responsibilities

- Provide monthly PSI reports to Sales & Marketing Team 

- Provide monthly DIO reports to top management

- Conduct monthly S&OP meetings with Sales & Marketing Team

- Send monthly order forecast to HQ

- Follow up on Direct Customer orders and ensure the right shipment goes to the right customer

- Present updates from SCM team at monthly Brand Review Meeting

- Maintain product database and update quarterly product grouping

- Assist with stock take / shop opening and closing / roadshow setup and teardown when necessary

- Support SCM team for month-end closing

Requirement

- A degree or diploma in Business or Supply Chain Management preferred 

- 3 - 5 years of working experience in supply chain management

- Well versed in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP, SUMIF, nested if functions)

- Well versed in SAP (MM and LE Module)

- Team player and able to work independently with minimal supervision

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Fluent in English is a must and Korean will be an added advantage
