Job Responsibilities:

- Develop and Implement Company’s sales and marketing strategies to specifiers, project customers(B2B) and channels/retail client(B2C)

- Actively participate in promotion activities of company products (e.g. events, tradeshows and digital marketing)

- Assist in company website development and content management

- Handling online orders and customer service enquiries(e-mail, Facebook, website, online marketplaces such as Shopee and Lazada)

- Manage and create content for various social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Google, Instagram, Youtube & etc)

Requirements:
- Manage and execute sales and marketing activity for sales promotion events for condo/BTO/HDB (offline or onlline) 

Possess minimum Degree in marketing, IT or related field

- IT and Social Media savvy

- Good working attitude with positive mindset with sales target in mind

- Persuasive with strong presentation and negotiation skills

- Copywriting skills is an added advantage

- Resourceful and proactive, willing and able to multi-task in fast-paced working environment.

- Possess valid Class 3 driving license

Additional:

- Place: IMM Building (10 min walk from Jurong East MRT Station)

- Working: 5 days & alternate Saturday off

- Salary will commensurate with qualification & experiences.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract, Permanent 

- Salary: $2,500.00 - $3,500.00 per month
