■ Position: Regional Treasury Assistant Manager / Manager (Korean Speaking)

■ Job Description & Requirements 

To assist and provide treasury and banking related support to regional subsidiaries in accordance to HQ guidelines

1. Treasury Support

- Handle daily cash management (including bank a/c balance, FOREX (spot, forwards and swap),
  money market borrowing, fund transfer using Swift Alliance and deal inputs)

- Management of mass payment

- Support subsidiaries in monthly closing and RTC closing

- Conduct subsidiary treasury process check to ensure compliance of company policies (SOD, Double payment, minimization of local 
  payment, vendor registration process, etc.) and to review workflow and procedure

- Payment/Collection process improvement (check-warehousing, supply chain financing, dealer financing, virtual account)

- Manage cash pooling structure

- Investigate bank reconciliation lapse and system issue

- Check monthly mark-to-market entries and amounts of treasury product

- Familiar with Quantum GTR (Global TReasury System) developed by Sungard

2. AR Management

- KPI Management on Overdue & Bad A/R Management

- Support to resolve and improve A/R Management issues in subsidiaries

- Monitoring and expanding the compliance of Global Credit Policy in subsidiaries

- Managing Compliance of A/R Insurance Terms & Conditions

■ Knowledge, skills and abilities

- At least 5 years of experience in Treasury.

- Experience in back-office support and banking operation familiar with ERP and Quantum GTR (Global Treasury System)
 developed by Sungard

- Good communication and negotiation skill required

- Knowledge of finance and banking operations

- Positive and friendly personality

- Maintain the highest standards of ethical conduct

- Candidate needs to be proficient in Korean language to be able to communicate with the Headquarters in Korea.
