[Job Descriptions]

1. Payroll Operation:

- Oversee payroll operations of APAC countries through management of country vendor service levels and ensure compliance to local regulations

- Review and reconcile payroll output files including payroll register, bank file, tax computations from service provider against payroll input, employee master data reports etc.

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders including HR operation, C&B, Global mobility etc to develop solutions and manage APAC countries payroll operations

- Partner with regional/ global functional teams to serve as point of contact for payroll operations escalations and query resolution.

- Support year end payroll activities including employee income tax filing review, other statutory filing as required by country.

- Multi-task various aspects of the position while being able to prioritize daily work load in order to achieve payroll team goals as well as provide quality internal and external customer service.

- Strong communication skills and the ability to undertake special project/ initiatives to achieve more efficient and compliant operations a rapidly-changing environment

- Perform other duties as assigned

2. Stock Administration and Reporting:

- Collaborate with HQ stock admin team to report APAC employees’ equity (RSU, ESPP) grant and vesting activities as per country requirements

- Manage and support payroll or employee equity related audit requests

[Requirements]

- At least 5 years relevant APAC payroll operation

- Proficiency in Korean to liaise with third parties

- SAP or Oracle experience is preferred

- Highly detail oriented and organized in work

- Excellent communication (written and oral) and excel skills

- Self-motivated and independent with minimum supervision
