LG H&H Singapore Pte. Ltd. (LG 생활건강 싱가포르 법인)에서 마케팅 인재를 채용 중입니다.


PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Spearhead brand/s’ Brand-building, Consumer engagement, and Promotional strategies and plans with the express objective of achieving Brand sales targets and other sales and marketing KPIs. 
  • Responsible for Brand’s Retail Sales Plan, Communication Plans, and Consumer Engagement (CRM) plans.
  • Analysis of results and reporting on performance.
  • Collaborate with HQ team/s to build the most effective and efficient Retail Sales Plan, CRM plan, and Communication plan for the local market.
  • Contribute and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure execution excellence or problem-solving in a seamless manner.

CONSUMER MARKETING 

Communications 

  • Be a proponent of cost-efficient consumer engagement across multi-channeled communication using targeted and personalized communication.
  • Keep abreast and ahead of the industry with a consumer engagement philosophy that will keep the Brand top-of-mind, desirable, and loved.
  • Champion standard methods of results measurement and insightful analyses. 
  • Management of paid, owned and earned media including but not exclusive to brands’ social media channels, website management and digital media.

 Customer Relation Management

  • Develop and own the brands’ customer strategy of continuous recruitment, retention and rewarding loyal customers.
  • Work closely with CRM vendor to maximize the positive results of selected CRM program on campaigns designed to over-deliver KPIs.
  • Design CRM communication that adheres to brand guidelines while effective in engaging the local consumer.

 Consumer Promotions

  • Develop marketing promotions while seeking input from Sales team which are effective and engaging to customers, while ensuring that topline sales generation and bottom profitability it well managed.

 Consumer Events

  • As deemed effective and efficient, run events that fulfil one or all of the following objectives: Brand awareness, Sales, Customer recruitment.

 Public Relations

  • Work closely with our AOR to develop long-term brand recollection and engagement with media partners, resulting in consistent brand visibility on earned media.
  • Organising press meets, press events, concept-proofing press drops and vetting media lists to ensure effective strategies that translate to measurable PR values.

 PRODUCT MARKETING

  • Keep abreast of market trends and have a thorough understanding of the Brand’s sell-thru patterns to plan and run the most efficient and continuously growth-generating Marketing Calendar.
  • Work with local/HQ Marketing and Demand Planning/Logistics teams to manage forecast of new launch products to fulfil Marketing plans, objectives, and targets. Partner Supply Chain Management to ensure optimal inventory is maintained, reducing expiring / excess and out of stock situations.
  • Use VM to effectively communicate the brand story, as an effective advertising channel to entice and pull customers into the store while always maintaining brand positioning and protecting brand equity. 

 ANALYSIS AND REPORTING

  • Subscribe to discipline of insightful reporting from self and team for constant temperature checks on brand health and effectiveness of strategies and plans.
  • Develop and adhere to a systematic tracking of Marketing KPIs and ROI.
  • Ensure accurate and timely delivery of Marketing and CRM reports, analyses, and presentations as required.
  • Champion reviews on an ongoing basis to identify needs and opportunities.
  • Adapt plans and strategies based on results and translate them into clear action plans for the team.
  • Prepare regular updates to Management and HQ on SINGAPORE business trends based on internal and reliable external sources.

 REQUIREMENTS

  1. Degree in Business or Sales & Marketing
  2. Minimum 3-5 years of working experience in Sales & Marketing
  3. Well versed in Microsoft Office
  4. Strong Analytical skills and able to multi task
  5. Leadership skills
