[Responsibilities] 

- Responsible for end-to-end full recruitment matters
- Review and confirm company strategy and processes for recruitment matter

- Work closely with hiring managers by providing advice and coaching
- Regular communication with client’s HQ and other SEA regions to monitor HR matters

- Follow up with HQ and other SEA regions for any issues and meet reporting deadlines
- Administer and manage total Compensation and Benefits structure, including payroll administration
- Set annual salary increment and incentives based on business performance, economic environment etc.
- Review administration of the rewards policies, alignment of annual raise and promotions with performance
- Coordinate and delivering induction program to new hires to ensure smooth on-boarding
- Administration of HR records of new hires
- Work closely with the upper management to coordinate training programs for employees within approved budget, as well as monitor effectiveness of programs
- Design, implement and train hiring managers in performance management principles, effective assessment of direct reports
- Provide clear directions, delegate responsibility and set performance expectations for team members’ behaviours and approach to getting the duties done
- Assist in facilitating employee communications; serve as main point of contact to handle queries and grievances of employees
- Participate in the investigation and resolution of high risk employee relations issues



[Requirements] 

- Candidate must have at least 4 years of relevant HR generalist experience including recruitment focus

- Candidate coming from fast pace environment will have a distinct advantage
- Candidate is required to lead and manage a team locally and regionally within SEA region

- Candidate must be fluent in Korean proficiency in order to liaise with Korean speaking stakeholders and HQ
- Candidate who is people oriented with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with employees at all levels of the organization  will have a distinct advantage
- Strong knowledge and experience in Singapore employment laws and HR practices will be required
- Ability to work under stressful environment and achieving tight deadline will be required
- Confident, enthusiastic and self-motivated, and display a business partnering mentality
