• Assist Marketing & PR Manager with the preparation of creative assets for marketing campaigns (promotion, banner upload,   page monitoring, newsletters)
• Preparing analysis and reports for team sharing and preparing after-action reviews
• Performing administrative and other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Marketing & PR Manager
• Conceptualize and implement marketing campaigns and activities to build and maintain high brand awareness
• Manage brand initiatives across digital marketing, social media and e-commerce platforms
• Conducting research on current and future trends in the industry to fine-tune marketing plans
• Developing advertising copy and editorial content for advertisements
• Planning and executing marketing videos for advertising campaigns and brand awareness
• Working closely with in-house designer to develop marketing materials
• Liaise with operations team in the execution of in-shop promotional campaigns, BTL promotions
• Monitor and ensure that set KPIs are met by monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of campaigns, events & promotions
• Track and analyze competitor activity
• Other ad hoc and administrative support as required
• Implement online sales and marketing plans to generate interest and increase awareness
• Generating online traffic and processing website orders to increase profitability
• Conducting studies on current and future trends in the industry to fine-tune marketing plans

• Organized and highly motivated, quick learner
• High level of independence and ability to lead a team in the future
• Preferably with experience in implementing branding or advertising on social media platforms (e.g. Facebook, Google and         Instagram) and e-commerce website
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Excel skills and basic knowledge of HTML
• Good IT and numerical skills
• Previous WordPress experience is an advantage
• Good written and oral communication skills in English
• Korean proficiency is required to liaise with Korean vendors
• Bachelor's degree or diploma from a reputable institution in marketing, business or data science

• Relevant B2C advertising: 2 years (Preferred)
• E-Commerce: 1 year (Preferred)
• Digital Marketing: 2 years (Preferred)
