[Responsibilities]

- Actively promote Skin Inc empowerment culture to customers

- Perform sales and facial treatment services

- Assistance to doctor of clinic

- Drive and achieve sales targets in a team environment

- Greet customers in a timely/professional and engaging manner

- Initiate service consultations by asking open-ended questions to learn customers’ needs and preferences

- Provide honest and confident feedback to customers regarding products

- Build lasting relationships with customers by contacting them to follow up on purchases, suggest new products and invite them to 

upcoming in-store events

- Consistently seek trend and product knowledge to act as an expert for customers

- Support and promote marketing activities set up by the marketing team

- Work as a team player to ensure each customer receives the best service possible

- To take responsibility for stock control and accounting

- Maintain basic housekeeping, stocks replenishment and merchandising duties

- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

[Requirements]

[Must]

- Proficiency in Korean and English to liaise with Korean stakeholders

- Any experience in dermatology/plastic surgery/spa

- Interest in beauty/skincare

- Customer-centric attitude, proactive and willing to learn and take on new challenges

- Able to positively and proactively handle customer concerns and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

- Good team player

- High level of ownership, accountability and initiative

- Able to work weekdays and Saturdays (closed on Sundays and holidays)

[Advantage]

- Proficiency in Chinese to liaise with third party

- 1 year of beauty therapist experience in skin care background (dermatology/plastic surgery/spa)

- Skin care professional license holder (with supporting documents)

- Proficient in computer programs such as Word/Excel
