[Responsibilities]

- Regular review of internal control system, procedures and practices, and ensure compliance with internal control policies and Tokyo HQ directives

- Review and update internal control policies, Standard Approval Authority (SAA) and workflows related to governance, risk management and compliance

- Manage day to day performance and lead, conduct and document audit (working along with Tokyo HQ) according to the internal control standards (e.g. assessing risk, defining scope of audits, managing time budgets and resolving issues)

- Ensure continuous education and learning of internal control systems, policies, procedures and workflows for all relevant stakeholders, monitor and review learning effectiveness

- Preparation of periodic updates and relevant reports for Tokyo HQ

- Facilitate career development of team member(s)

- Prepare and deliver assignment and periodic performance evaluations to assigned team member(s) within department standards

- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

[Requirements]

[Must]

- Minimum of 8 years of related experience in managing internal control activities combined with internal audit/control experience with a global company

- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and ability to learn other software

- Demonstrate outstanding communication skills, have strong analytical skills and organizational skills

- Self-confident, motivated, hands-on, a self-starter who require minimum direction

- Demonstrate leadership potential and be proactive, resourceful and accountable

- Proven business and personal maturity, and substantial growth potential

- Able to present to a large group of audience and higher Management with confident

- Able to build positive working relationships with all stakeholders to provide value added services while maintaining independence and objectivity

[Advantage]

- International experience and language skill sets such as Japanese and/or other foreign language are highly desirable to liaise with Japanese stakeholders

- Certified Internal Auditor (CIA)
