고객센터에서 근무하실 한국인 상담원을 모집합니다.

본사는 덴마크에 있으며, 미국, 유럽, 한국 등 총 8개국에 지사를 보유하고 있습니다.

정규직 이며, 현재 코로나 시국으로 팀원들의 안전을 위해 재택근무를 하고 있으며 상황에 따라 사무실에서 근무하실 수도 있습니다.

한국, 호주, 영국, 미국 등 영어권 국가들 고객상담 담당하셔야 하기에 영어와 한국어에 능통하며, 시민권 또는 영주권, 혹은 싱가포르 취업 비자를 보유하고 계신 분들 중 관심 있으신 분들은 연락 주세요.

주요 업무는 아래와 같습니다.

What would be expected of you?

• Articulate and engaging in both verbal and written communication
• Dedication to provide excellent service to each consumer when there is a high volume of contacts
• Confidence to make your own judgements about what is right for your consumer
• Adhere to your schedule; all breaks are scheduled so we can plan for consumer demand
• Meet performance expectations, including post-contact survey results and daily productivity
•  Available to work on Public Holidays
•  Happy to work in a dynamic, one team environment

Requirements

• Candidate with experience in consumer service under call centre environment
•  Working knowledge of SAP will be a plus
• You must possess excellent verbal and written interpersonal skills in English & Korean Language.
