Manager, Corporate Planning & FP&A 

LG Electronics Asia Regional Office is currently seeking a Regional Manager , as a Specialist of Corporate Planning & FP&A for managing  and reporting Asia business performance. 

A successful applicant will provide advanced financial planning and analysis insight by working across all lines of business of LG Electronics in Asia,  

reporting to Regional CFOs & HQs.

We are looking for someone prepared to work in a fast-paced team environment and driven to take the initiative to succeed  

when presented with individual work responsibilities.

► Roles and Responsibilities:

Support monthly and quarterly review of business performance for whole Asia, including P&L, capital, KPIs, Capex, and Spend based on performance targets and objectives set by Segment FP&A, providing commentaries. Advise Business Partners of cost improvement or savings opportunities Manages the annual Budget process from facilitation of Data Collection to eventual review and analysis of P&Ls. Also manages monthly / quarterly forecasting and strategic planning processes. Responsible for focused review of cost structure management for profit driving. Work closely with the Business Partners to provide analytical support in commercial assessment. Produces a routine and ad hoc financial reports, packages, and pro forma analyzes to  regional CFO and HQ. Establishes overall departmental priorities and ensures that all deadlines are met. 

►Required/Preferred Experience and Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree/Master in Accounting/Finance or a related discipline. 

At least 5 years of experience (MNC experience preferred). Leader experience is a plus. 

Experience in Financial Planning and Analysis or Corporate Planning. 

Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite (Power Point, Excel, MS outlook) skills. 

Good communication and interpersonal skills. 

Critical thinking, strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 

Able to handle stress and meet tight deadlines. 

Language skill: Korean, English 

Able to work independently and be a good team player.
