• Assist daily support for IT related matter
• Setup printers, computers and basic router
• Perform troubleshooting assistance to customer from office or at customer sites
• Support and build good relationships with customers

• Basic knowledge in TCP/IP
• Familiar with Windows Environment
• Basic knowledge in Computer Accessories and Peripherals
• Willing to learn and be trained
• Minimum of Diploma/Degree in IT/Computing/relevant discipline
• Entry-level and fresh graduates are welcome to apply
