Susans Table은 웰빙, 프리미엄 한식에 대한 Susan의 열정을 중심으로 한 새로운 전자 상거래 및 소셜 미디어 기반 회사입니다. Susan은 Cordon Bleu와 궁중음식연구원에서 교육받은 숙련된 셰프입니다. 프리미엄 고메 한식은 쎈트럴키친에서 조리되어 회원과 고객의 집으로 배달됩니다. 싱가폴의 디지털 마케팅 사업과 동남아 시장으로 사업을 확장할 계획입니다.

한식을 기본으로 하기 때문에 Susans Table은 한국어와 영어가 모두 가능한 한국 배경 마케팅 매니저를 찾고 있습니다. Susans Table에는 이미 활기찬 팀이 있습니다. 후보자는 훌륭한 팀에 합류할 것입니다.

업무 설명서 

Susans Table은 한국어와 영어 구사 능력, 전자 상거래를 통한 우수한 마케팅 능력, 검색 최적화, 소셜 미디어에 전문성을 가진분을 찾고 있습니다. 적임자가 모든 기술을 보유할 필요는 없지만 빠른 마케팅 본능, 개방성 및 신속하게 배우고 적응할 수 있는 에너지가 있어야 합니다.

역할 및 책임:

• 마케팅에 더욱 중점을 둔 마케팅 및 영업 관리자 역할

• E-Commerce, Website, Social media 등 다양한 플랫폼에 걸친 마케팅 캠페인 기획, 관리, 실행

• 마케팅 활동에는 신규 고객 지원 및 기존 사용자 기반이 포함됩니다.

• 마케팅 및 영업 리더십

• 프로젝트를 완료하는 능력; 실행에 뛰어나다

요구 사항:

- 영어와 한국어 말하기 능력, 쓰기와 말하기 모두 가능

- 4년제 대학 졸업 및/또는 마케팅 또는 영업 자격증 우대

- 싱가포르 PR 또는 시민권자 우대

- 식음료 업계 유경험자 또는 IT/소프트웨어 업계 유경험자 우대

- 대인관계 및 커뮤니케이션 능력이 강하신 분

- 전문성을 가지고 업무를 수행하는 청렴도가 높은 사람.

- 매우 신중하고 기밀을 유지할 수 있습니다.

Job Description for the Marketing and Sales Manager of Susans Table – Premium Food & Beverage E-Commerce Company based in Singapore

Susans Table Company Background

Susans Table is a new E-Commerce and social media driven food passion company centred around Susan’s passion for well-being, premium Koran food.  Susan is a trained chef from Cordon Bleu and Korean Royal Academy of Food.  Premium Gourmet Korean Food is prepared from a central kitchen and is delivered to members and customer’s homes.  There is a plan to expand the business into digital marketing business in Singapore and into Southeast Asia markets. 

As the food is Korean as a base, Susans Table is searching for a Korean-background Marketing Manager with the ability to do some sales, with the ability to speak both Korean and English.  There is already an energetic team for Susans Table; the candidate will be joining a great team. 

Job description

Susans Table is searching for Korean and English-speaking skills, good marketing skills with e-commerce, search optimization, social media expertise.  The right person does not have to have all the skills but must have good marketing instincts, the openness and energy to learn and adapt quickly. 

Role and Responsibilities: 

·      Marketing and sales manager role, with a stronger emphasis in marketing

·      Planning, managing, and executing marketing campaigns across various platforms E-Commerce, Website, social media, etc)

·      Marketing activities include new customer outreach and to the existing user base

·      Marketing and sales leadership

·      Ability to finish projects; great at execution

Requirements:

-         English and Korean speaking skills, both written and speaking

-         Degree in a 4-year college and/or Certificate(s) in Marketing or sales is preferred

-         Singapore PR or citizen is preferred

-         Food & Beverage industry experience or IT/software industry experience is a plus.

-         Strong interpersonal & communication skills

-         Of high integrity person who conducts her/himself with professionalism.

-         Highly discreet and can maintain confidentiality. 

-         High energy, highly organized, and an aspirational person.     

-         CEO will work closely with the person

-         5+ years of work experience in marketing and sales

Compensation

At market rate for the position OR above market rate commensurate with the candidate’s qualification.
