[Responsibilities]

- Coordinates with Sales team to market products by developing and implementing marketing and advertising campaigns

- Coordinates with Sales team’s analysis and forecasts to implement marketing and advertising campaigns by preparing marketing and advertising strategies, plans, and objectives; planning and organizing promotional presentations; and updating calendars

- Keeps promotional materials ready by coordinating requirements with sales team and keeping track of market trends and new product information

- Researches competitive products by identifying and evaluating product characteristics, market share, pricing, and advertising; maintaining research databases

- Plans meetings and trade shows by identifying, assembling, and coordinating requirements, establishing contacts, developing schedules and assignments, and coordinating mailing lists

- Monitors budgets by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts

- Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and reading trade publications

- Increasing brand awareness and market share

- Coordinating marketing strategies with the sales, financial, public relations, and production departments

- Overseeing branding, advertising, and promotional campaigns

- Managing the marketing department's staff

- Preparing and presenting quarterly and annual reports to senior management

- Promoting our brand at trade shows and major industry-related events

- Keeping informed of marketing strategies and trends, campaigns and other promotional activities

- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

[Requirements]

[Must]

- At least two years experience as a marketing manager in IT/ Fintech Industry

- Extensive knowledge of digital marketing strategies, GoogleAds, LinkedIn Marketing, and branding

- Superb leadership, communication, and collaboration abilities

- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills

- Strong time management and organizational abilities
