[Responsibilities]

- Responsible for sales budgeting, planning, business development and training

- Coordinate, mentor and support multiple sales channels across the region

- To hold regular meetings with various sale teams, sales distributors and partners within the region to review the sales performance and ensure meeting sales targets and company goals

- To provide support and guidance to sales teams/distributors/partners 

- Making products forecast and pricing trends through the analysis of the sales performance data and stay informed of the updated market and competitors trends

- Develop sales pitches by creating and implementing special campaigns and sales programs

- Any other ad hoc duties assigned

[Requirements]

[Must]

- Minimum 7 years of working experience in sales and marketing of Electrical Distribution and Control (ED&C) products

- Good network of panel manufacturers, consultants, contractors, distributors and M&E services in the region

- Experience in managing distributors, channel partners or key accounts

- Excellent business acumen with strong drive to achieve business results

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Good leadership skill and a team player

- Ready for business travels as required
