[Responsibilities]

- Responsible for company’s financial accounting, Tax planning, managing taxation issues
- Familiar with the cost, financial and tax accounting of ERP in the technology industry and manufacturing industry
- Familiar with financial internal control, cycle planning, bank transaction fund scheduling, investment analysis and foreign exchange risk hedging practices
- Experience in accounting processing and checking financial statements of affiliated companies
- Host IPO and IFRS planning
- Experienced as a financial supervisor is preferred
- Good handling of board of directors and shareholders meeting
- Experience in an accounting firm is preferred
- A sense of responsibility, strong resistance to pressure, flexible thinking and flexibility
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned 

[Requirements]

- At least 8-10 years of practical experience in Finance, Accounting and management
- Leadership and regional experience
- Start-up and IPO experience
- Able to work in a fast-paced and challenging environment
- Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese to liaise with third parties
- Comfortable with a start-up environment and willing to grow with the company 

[Advantage]

- Master’s Degree in Finance / Accounting or equivalent
- Prior working experience in a reputable Accounting Firm
- Prior Finance experience in the Manufacturing Industry
- Experience using the ERP and SAP software
