• Develop first-step onboarding and scale-up efficiencies, which includes:
• Design scalable processes to ensure new sellers sell fast and as much as possible
• Implement automated workflows to target communication and call-to-actions to the specific seller(s)
• Strategically partner and help sellers scale rapidly on Sift & Pick, which includes:
• Identify and fast track priority sellers through analysis and data-driven decision making and develop growth plans for the seller(s)
• Creation of calendar & milestones, driving reoccurring check-ins & leading leadership updates
• Interact with stakeholders of different internal teams to ensure products sold by new sellers receive enough visibility
• Interact with sellers to help drive growth through active implementation of campaigns for new sellers
• Analyse and report sellers’ performance on a monthly basis
• Shape future phases of growth for sellers, which includes:
• Interact with stakeholders of different internal teams to suggest and implement activities required to incubate and spur growth for high potential sellers
• Co-lead quarterly strategy planning session to “graduate” high potential brands to Brands Management team

• At least a diploma or equivalent holder
• Able to converse, read and write in Korean
• At least one year of experience as a merchandiser or account manager will be advantageous but not mandatory, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply as well
