Job Description for Accountant cum Admin

1. Accounting:

- Daily comms reconciliation, Book keeping, weekly payment schedule checking for A/P and invoicing for A/R

- Monthly accounting closing with G/L, preparing monthly financial report with Financial Statement, cash reimbursement

- Periodical (month/quarter/annual) report to Authorities with each prescribed template.

- Ad hoc reporting regarding expenses as per request           

2. Administration (General & Secretary):

- Handling HR matter (Staff benefit & annual leave, Claiming Medical Insurance and tracking reimbursement)

- Support Sales Reps with reservation arrangements – Dining, Vehicle,  etc

- Client meeting scheduling for sales activities

- Assisting in business travel arrangements (booking for flight tickets and hotel reservations)

- Other duties under the secretarial job scope, ad hoc basis

3. Qualification:

- At least 2 year or equivalent experience at relevant position

- Bilingual (English, Chinese, and/or Korean)

- PR/Citizen preferred
