Summary ]

본 포지션은 콘센트릭스의 고객사인 글로벌 전자대기업의 업무를 담당하며, PMO 역할을 하는 포지션입니다.

This Position is based on Singapore.

Contract : 1 Year

Location – Samsung Electronics Office in Singapore.

Candidates must speak Korean and English.

Looking for a Korean Native (한국어) with more than 5 years of related experience.

 

[ Job Description ]

This role is required to meet delivery service responsibilities shared by client. You will be responsible for supporting center management, communication activities for the Samsung Singapore.

Prime job responsibility of PMO is to address customer communication requirements. PMO gathers customer requirements as per the contract and or as agreed by the relevant parties, analyzes the requirements, maps the customer communication requirements with Concentrix (CNX) deployed controls and responds to customer and Concentrix management appropriately.

You will necessarily have to interact with various internal teams and colleagues from various functions to manage delivery services towards customer requirements and CNX Internal standards.

PMO has the following responsibilities within the scope 


[ Job Role ]

‣ Manage e-Promoter live chat services for Samsung e-Store and partner online stores for SEAO region, work closely with Delivery/operations managers to manage 8 subs operated in 4 different countries

‣ Liaise with internal and external stakeholders and partners through project lifecycle: planning to implementation. Experienced in managing multiple projects in the same time and know how to priorities urgent and important tasks.

‣ Setup and manage sales and operational KPI (Rev target, CR%, CSAT, IRT/ART), ensure achieve Monthly/Quarterly sales target and maintain good KPI score

‣Work closely with operations, IT and innovation team to understand challenges and difficulties, experience in handling escalation, problem solving and provide feedback/guideline

‣ Regular business review meetings with internal/external stakeholders to review performance and brainstorming for new initiatives/changes to improve service quality

‣ Data analysis using RAW data to find some trend and business insight, share best practice and translate data findings into business languages

‣ Excellent excel skills to build and run various reports for different department business requirement 

‣Center Management, with client communication

‣ Participate and support in evaluation of existing services and implement new or improved projects and procedures.

‣ Perform site level information activities including customer communication; document and material classification and control and records management. (Maybe an information function and individual performing duties.)

‣ Conduct internal assessment covering all aspects of customer requirements and at the expected periodicity.

‣ Ensure that budgets, schedules, and performance standards/requirements are set and attained.


[ Educational qualifications & work experience ]

Native in Korean and Fluent English

Skillful in Powerpoint & Excel

More than 5 year-experienced

Preference for experience for consumer electronics/Contact Center/Sales Operation/Project Management
