Manager
Summary As part of the digital marketing team, the operational project manager plays a crucial supporting role to cross-functional teams across APAC Samsung Electronic subsidiaries and an agency. The role will be driving the successful implementation of pivotal projects with Sprinklr to achieve lasting impact for users and Samsung Electronics businesses.
Key Qualification: - Bachelor Degree in business or marketing related subject. - At least 4+ years of experience in digital marketing. - Experience working with Sprinklr or similar platforms. - Ability to share knowledge in digital marketing (e.g eCommerce, SEO, SEM, CRM, Social Media, Web Analytics). - Experience in working with big data, drawing insights, developing reporting templates and advising practical data-driven solution to the clients. - Excellent written and spoken communication skills to mediate any processes, projects involving internal and external stakeholders in English and Korean. Responsibilities - Facilitate and coordinate any implementation across various stakeholders, including the local operation team, subsidiaries and the product owners. - Define clear project objectives and manage project progress and achieve goals in a timely manner. - Map out overall project execution plan. - Communicate with each subsidiaries to facilitate any deliverables between Sprinklr. - Build productive working relationship with operation team and management inside and outside its program areas. - Enable the operation team to successfully execute its strategy by supporting service and strategic initiatives during integration of legacy system. (eg. samsung.com, customer contact center, community forum…) - Set up Sprinklr Dashboards for Regional HQ for report purposes |
