※ 문의사항 및 이력서 제출처 : helicope@gmail.com ■ RESPONSIBILITIES: 1.Project • Utilizes working knowledge of SAP FI, CO, TR, MK(marketing & Sales deduction) modules to consult South East Asia & Oceania regional power users on Project • Partners with the HQ project T/F & Regional power users to ensure effective Project • Involve in Finance Integration test & conduct Power user training. • Develops innovative approaches to address each subsidiaries’ business problems and solutions. 2. Daily Operation • Regional support (South East Asia & Oceania region) for SAP FI, CO, TR, MK modules • Responsible to handle subsidiaries FI, CO, TR, MK module service request, system troubleshooting • Able to understand SAP FI, CO, TR, MK and ERP concept of other modules (MM,SD,LE,SVC) • Gathers Finance users business requirements by defining the business problem and data requirements • Investigate, analyze subsidiaries FI, CO, TR, MK module business requirements and propose solutions to HQ team • Create FI, CO, TR & MK module program functional specifications for HQ team developers • Perform testing on new FI, CO, TR, MK module functionalities/reports created by HQ team • Conduct user training and create training manuals for Finance power users ■ REQUIREMENTS: • Degree in computer science, information technology or accounting • More than 5 years’ experience in SAP FI, as an IT support or as a SAP FI Power user • Proficient in both spoken and written English & Korean • Able to travel abroad • Proficient in SAP FI, CO • Experience in SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Expertise in writing/using formulas • Deep understanding of customer business and process innovation capability • Communication skills to communicate quickly and accurately with technicians and business stakeholders • Proactively establish and maintain effective working team relationships with all support departments • Ability to quickly adapt and learn new technologies and systems • Strong organization, planning and prioritization skills |
