[ Job Description ]
[ Job Role ] ‣ Manage e-Promoter live chat services for Samsung e-Store and partner online stores for SEAO region, work closely with Delivery/operations managers to manage 8 subs operated in 4 different countries ‣ Liaise with internal and external stakeholders and partners through project lifecycle: planning to implementation. Experienced in managing multiple projects in the same time and know how to priorities urgent and important tasks. ‣ Setup and manage sales and operational KPI (Rev target, CR%, CSAT, IRT/ART), ensure achieve Monthly/Quarterly sales target and maintain good KPI score ‣Work closely with operations, IT and innovation team to understand challenges and difficulties, experience in handling escalation, problem solving and provide feedback/guideline ‣ Regular business review meetings with internal/external stakeholders to review performance and brainstorming for new initiatives/changes to improve service quality ‣ Data analysis using RAW data to find some trend and business insight, share best practice and translate data findings into business languages ‣ Excellent excel skills to build and run various reports for different department business requirement ‣Center Management, with client communication ‣ Participate and support in evaluation of existing services and implement new or improved projects and procedures. ‣ Perform site level information activities including customer communication; document and material classification and control and records management. (Maybe an information function and individual performing duties.) ‣ Conduct internal assessment covering all aspects of customer requirements and at the expected periodicity. ‣ Ensure that budgets, schedules, and performance standards/requirements are set and attained.
