About Us

Since the establishment of Dentium Co., Ltd. in Korea in June 2000, we have been manufacturing high quality dental implant products. Our systems, including fixtures, surgical components, prosthetic components, and synthetic bone grafting materials, assist our customers in performing quick, accurate, and esthetic dental implantation. We are committed to the ongoing education of dental professionals worldwide.

This commitment is evident by the comprehensive education & training program via the Dentium Institute in Korea and local Dentium sponsored educational events in many countries throughout the world. Our ultimate event, Annual Dentium Symposium and Annual Clinical Case Presentation events have been attended by dental professionals from around the globe and serve as our benchmark educational events.

 

Job Description
  • Set up yearly & monthly sales / collection target.
  • ERP system - daily sales, credit note, account receivable and inventory activities
  • Report to management and HQ on daily, weekly sales, collection and profit status
  • Support sales team on cost and profit analysis for the sales package
  • Monitor daily sales performance and check inventory status.
  • Forecast monthly sales and place orders to HQ in timely manner.
  • Follow up shipment in order to meet delivery schedule to customers on time.
  • Handle shipment from HQ or other countries and prepare any required document for custom clearance. (for the special medical equipment)
  • Manage project by working close with HQ logistics team and local engineers and handle inquiries from customers with accurate information in timely manner.
  • Manage returned or defective items and do relevant report.
  • Follow up and update sales package status (package usage/ outstanding balance/ payment status) and check the package is align with contract and company policy.
  • Analyze customers purchase patterns and report market situation to HQ.
  • Work closely with Logistics team, Sales & Marketing team and RA team from HQ.
  • Support company events such as course and seminar planning and budgeting.
  • Prepare and follow up reports request from HQ.
  • Support finance manager
  • Any other duty on business maintenance activities.


Qualifications
  • Experience in using ERP or similar system
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skill
  • Good problem solving skills
  • Strong oral and written communication skill in Korean & English in order to communicate with Korea HQ
  • Work well with cross functional teams in a pressured environment
  • Positive, team-player, and energetic attitude
