Job Description - You are responsible for handling order fulfillment and other inquiries from our customers. - You are also expected to build and maintain relationships with our customers/partners and ensure high level of customer satisfaction. - You would also be collaborating across functional teams to ensure that customer requests are handled appropriately and to ensure that all orders are in the order management system as per the agreed global and regional SLAs standards
